Shipping Information

  • UPS usually picks up around 12 Noon. Orders received after 10 a.m. Pacific will usually be shipped the next weekday. Please call us if you need quicker service and we’ll see if we can accommodate you.
  • Personalized seals take about 2 days extra.
  • Next Day Air orders must be in before 10 am or call to see if we can get it out in time. (Toll Free) 800-343-2313

Return Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our tree seeds we must repack all returned kits. Therefore there is a 15% charge for all returns. Returns must be made within 30 days of Order Date. All returned kits must be in new condition for credit. Personalized kits can not be returned.

 

International Orders

International Customs require a USDA Certificate that costs $47 and takes about a week to receive. It is best to order at least a month in advance due to possible Customs delays. Please note that in some countries there may also be duties and taxes due on your end.
